About Us
Abia Industrial Innovation Park (AIIP) is an initiative of the Abia State Government, unveiled in March 2021; the foundation stone was laid by Governor Alex Otti on 30 September 2023. Located in Owaza, Ukwa West LGA, the park is planned across 1,933 hectares with shared power, logistics, utilities and innovation facilities. Masterplan by Arup; commercial feasibility by KPMG.
